TORONTO - The board of governors of the Toronto Stock Exchange has approved a "last sale" trading session during it current "crossing session" between 4:05 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. The move, which becomes effective on Nov. 29, will allow qualifying orders in the exchange's order book to be matched and traded at the closing price for the day. Qualifying orders include those entered at the end of the day and those entered into the book during the session.
