Shares of Wind River Systems (WIND) retreated briefly after the company announced earnings on Nov.18. Nothing wrong with the report -- the company hit Wall Street estimates for earnings at 17 cents, which was quite a pleasant relief after its miss in July, and reported revenue growth of 30%. But after the stock's recent run-up, some investors sold on the news. I think that will turn out to be a mistake. Wind River is still building momentum in its business and among Wall Street analysts. On Nov. 22, the company announced another deal in the Java world, to develop Internet appliances with AudeSi Technologies.
