Curtis, Actually, I was referring to a company that I believe that Gary was referring to. I thought that it was Optical networks but that may be an error. I was referring to a company that may or may not have been invested in by CSCO that is being sued by NT for raiding. perhaps you can help me out? The article I read (on a late night plane ride) mentioned CSCO and this company in the same sentence so I am probably putting the two together erroneously. Please forgive me. The subject that we were talking about was the bleeding of talented engineers form the big guys. It is a fact of life that will only accelerate. Brian
