If Transpoint is going to start scanning bills the easiest way would be to buy an operation that's already working. Are any of them public yet so we can play? PayTrust is private but maybe MSFT will buy them out. MSFT could make an offer that seriously tempts the PayTrust owners who may be wondering if they'll ever make a buck on this. I sure hope Checkfree doesn't try to "compete" in this area. It's a step backward and only being contemplated by Transpoint because they're not doing well with the big billers when going head-to-head against Checkfree. I say let TP bury themselves in (toilet) paper.
