Thanks George,

and to all who dealt with this crappy situation in advance, and congratulations on your leaving the investment. Good luck on all your future choices. Thanks for the stories, you sure pulled off the right move- much better than those of us still in dctc. The facts now warrant your moves.

Hopefully, those that have felt determined to vent their rage against the company- you've done a superb job here. We are all feeling as bad as possible now- and maybe that feeling will make it's way to management. There should be an atonement for bad faith dealing with the public- they should not need an investor lawsuit to tell them that (what other purpose would exist to do such a self-destructive thing at this point?). If you are finished venting, please move onto something else at this time. We all see the facts with this current filing- you were always right, thanks, good luck, and so long.

Finally, to those who have chosen to be hand-cuffed to dctc on purpose, who don't need any further tax write offs, and what have you......

There seems to be a core of business left- in an ongoing situation. For my view, it seems very worthwhile to encourage the new management to press on with accentuating the positive, and let's get back to whatever business is left as promptly as the SEC will allow. I am not hungry for further revenge on personalities, I'm looking for revenues and profits- I'm looking for a business plan that does that.
I suspect we are at the trough, the pit, the bottom right now.... anybody see it differently? With financing in hand, there seems to be some possibilities remaining for the company with the right leadership.

Any other activity at this stage, is pointless. We need to get back to trading- management, do whatever is necessary- as soon as possible- to that end!

"Whether or not it recovers from here is immaterial"?
Immaterial, the only reason I invest is to make money!
I feel fairly confident in DCI's prospects.
