According to those who saw Rivkin this morning he came off as a complete MORON about the market, and was never given a chance to plug ONT at all because CNBC cut him off before he put the other foot in his mouth! If I were a majority shareholder in this company, I would tape this guys mouth shut, and lock him in a closet for the next couple of months. Here's an overhead exerpt from Rivkins Dialouge; Kernin: so Rivkin, would you buy into this market? Rivkin: no, not really. Kernin: so, you would be taking profits at this point? Rivkin: no, I'd hang on here. Kernin: so what are your feeling about the market? Rivkin: well, the markets been fluctuating in a narrow range all year so I can't really comment on direction. Kernin: fluctuating? The Nasdeq is up 1000 points this year; you call that not doing anything??? Kernin: well... [ CNBC cuts him off to avoid further embarressment ]
