Chris, could you post the link for the story.

Its not a problem anyway. It won't be a gambling debts.
All kinds of ways to get around it for TVG.

How about a $500 a month fee (or less) to participate. The money is banked(paid) beforehand. At the end of the month you settle up.

YouBet (the horse racing internet network) requires a check for your deposits. People who want to gamble don't seem to have a problem with this. I imagine that the horse racing tv channel will run the same way.
