Brian, wrt to people leaving various companies. Given what I've seen and heard there is no "bleeding" of talent going on at CSCO. I do hear of talent leaving NT and I have confirmed talent leaving the INS division of LU - contrary to what you have heard from those fellows at the ball game. However, that being said this is only what I'm hearing and what I'm seeing. You're seeing it differently. So, since there is no published publicly available data on this subject we'll have to settle for a "no-decision". OG
