Every Time Warner cable hookup has a channel which advertises Road Runner, including equipment recommendations, for hours every day. This channel also has the daily program guide and local sports events. (Channel 4 in my area)

What commercial? Road Runner has been advertising their service for 3 years now and it is never about the CPU in the computer. I doubt that will change.
