Any one that buys a stock, any stock, without reading the filings is niave or doesn't plan on holding it for any length of time. Appreciate those who do the DD. Mr. Wolfe addressed the Reg. S with me via phone and I was satisfied with the answer given. Also, the floor has been in the .035-.05 range with the company cleaning up the old stuff and moving towards profitability this year.
