Bo Le,

Your RIGHT, GSIC could issue more shares ANYTIME they want to. HOWEVER, the company would be CRAZY to issue more shares while the price is just $.06 per share.

When I talked to Kyle a few months ago. I ask him if the company planned on issueing more shares to raise capital. He said, not at these levels. This was when the price was $.15 to .20.

My only concern is, whether the company will become fully reporting in a timely manner. I would hate to see GSIC trading in the Pink Sheets for too long.

I do feel the company is PROGRESSING. Whether that is at a "snails pace" or not, there is potential.

Just my take on the situation,
Pask
