Which is.... that you are the person who most egregiously violates TOU by posting personal information about a SI participant. And that as far as I can see, the only reason that you are posting publicly now is because the injured party magnanimously sought your re-instatement basically claiming "no harm, no foul". Of course I disagree with that position because the obvious harmful intent was there and I think SI should be strict in their enforcement of that rule.

So you got a pass, and here you are threatening TOU violations against Neo. To say that you are the pot calling the kettle black truly does a great dis-service to the "kettle"....

The business about the legal threats came to me via PM, so unless I get that person's permission to discuss it openly, I'll have to defer and believe that you are correct if you say that you have not publicly threatened a law suit against an SI participant.
