float is small 3.7 mil comparing to recent daily volume in the last 10 trading days. small float -- big swing.

I agree NETP has run up vrrrmmmFAST! But it's up on high vol. and when the sellers come in it's down on low volume. Take a look @ CNBC.com charts...clearly up on high volume and lows ae on small volumes.
