CS up 4.3%, EFNT up 28%. Makes you wonder who got the best of this deal. EFNT holders might be glad to have a real business for a change. Still, those 13.5 million shares are now worth $1.1 billion, or $7 per CS share, right what the company was going for at the lows. Amazing.

I never even put Flowpoint into my estimations of CS's worth. Spectrum everyone assumed must be worth $1bn. What is that now?
