No I didn't explain it very well.

You could trade off the 60 as well but that is someone else's style.

If your software allows it. You can look at muti-timeframe support and resistance areas. Both Qcharts and GET RT allows line studies to be drawn at longer time frames to display in the one used for trading. The overlaying of lines can show the strong area of S&R.
