OT: David. We have done complete DD and know the owners. Company preparing to move to nasdaq small cap. They are a strategic Sun Tone Partner and duly recognized. I know this is not the right forum, but just wanted to offer an explanation for the listing status. The CEO/ President/ Owner, left CSX Corp. mid 98 as CEO of CSX Technology, CIO of CSX Corp. and started his company; has just one partner and rolled the stock on the otc bb to gain 5x the normal number of shares than an IPO. DLJ retained for the move to nasdaq and expected next 60 days or less. CEO and partner have stellar carrers and their company is leading the edge in contract wins inthe market place for Healthcare integration via java based internet platform.
