DD,

From the November 10, 1999 news release.

"To give effect to the letter of intent, Easton Minerals will pay Paramount US $100,000 on or before November 25, 1999."

My calendar says Nov. 22, 1999. I don't know why you expect any news of substance off the new Brazilian property prior to finalizing the agreement even though we know they are producing at least 350 carats a week, with possible fancy's included in that. I would consider that substance!!

PVF ends up with a new property in production with $400,000 USD back in it's coffers and no share dilution that seems to have some substance.

Fess up. You guys are pissed off because you have a buying opportunity when you are looking for a selling opportunity.
