Very surprising MSFT didn't move up far more. I think
the CA class action suit was a damper on the stock. If
there will be more noise like this it may put pressure
on upward moves on the stock until there is a resolution.

The day will come when this noise is out of the way
and stock gets respect again.

That is already being done ref tobacco.

What we don't want to see is the following: While it appears funny most could imagine sometype of scheme being dreamed up that would not be so funny if implemented.

There are probably some that would say if you buy stocks on SEC list A you simply pay the price.
SEC list B you pay the price stock + a 20% government surchage because of the additional risk.
SEC list C you pay the stock price and get a 10% government rebate subsidized by list B stocks because you are buying a government listed low risk stock deemed more suitable for an individual investor.
SEC list D stocks can only be purchased by individual investors trading with a full service broker.
.....
SEC list Z984Z these stocks are so dangerous that they will never be allowed an IPO. They must be bought by companies with deep pockets like SUNW, MSFT, etc.
