As if I should be surprised? A company announces a secondary offering, a huge debt offering, and then announces a 2:1 split to confuse/excite investors- all on the same day. So what? Everything is fair game in the drive to extract money from the public and keep share prices high.

Just wait until Blodget goes on the roadshow and has to explain away his 2-yr $125 price target on a stock trading above $182.
