>>They should have combined the releases or put them out on different days perhaps even a week apart. <<

I believe that if they released the Water deal on its own - without fully explaining that they are still in the game, (and they were setting themselves up to hit the home run), then many people would have bailed. This was not the news that they (make that I) had been hoping for. The second news release more than exceeded my hopes.

If people can't differentiate the two, and they have jumped ship too early then I wish them well. I think they have limited their overall potential gains, but heck - a profit is a profit.

By the way, Keith's, explanation about the TSE listing requirements makes a ton of sense. When I read that, I felt that it answered my big question - Why?

I also wonder if they will be able to receive any tax breaks because of the nature of this new operating company's business.

fuddle,

You posted "Yes...this was not handled very well. They should have combined the releases or put them out on different days perhaps even a week apart. "

I can't believe that someone could think this! LOL
