PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1999--RSL Communications, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RSLC.O) today announced that Michael A. Marino was named as President and Chief Executive Officer of RSL COM U.S.A., the company's U.S.-based subsidiary. Mr. Marino will be responsible for directing and coordinating the operations of RSL COM U.S.A.'s three major subsidiaries: RSL COM Westinghouse Business Services, based in Pittsburgh, which provides total voice and data solutions to small and medium businesses; RSL COM wholesale carrier services, based in Atlanta; and RSL COM PrimeCall prepaid calling card services, based in New York City.
