The article from briefing.com has some disinformation to the negative side, for instance:

" Now with AT&T seemingly losing the battle to keep their access lines closed to other providers"

By far most information to date is att is winning the forced access issue.

Experience has consistently shown that briefing.com is about the best possible contrary indicator in today's market. Don't look to briefing.com for any real vision about the forces driving the new economy.
