If Schwab had not bailed we would have actually closed positive for the day instead of the ugly close...118,000 shares were dump by what looks like a single investor in the last 30 minutes of trading starting at $1.35 and going all the way down to $1.27. This dump looks liked it triggered a couple of stops along the way (e.g Greenline - 25,000 @ 1.27) which fueled the fire. I don't know why anyone would dump on this news and it is to bad they did because they made the close look artifically bad. It is amazing how one person with enough shares can change the chart.... personally I am looking forward to tomorrow after people have had a chance to really take in the news.

Best Regards
KEITH
