Class all the way, Kevin. This is the type of give and take that make the JDX thread such a pleasure.

One thing that I do have a concern about is....

How tough is it to get deals like this with these companies? Could I just walk off the street with $15 million and get the same deal or are these deals a result of management's pull? I think that this is key here.

Here is some piece of information:

I believe that this info is correct but do not hold me to it. Call the company (though I expect them not to know about these transactions).

Argentum Group: Were involved in two Nasdaq shells

1. ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS INC
STATUS: Inactive; Acquired by Philip Services Corp., 02/98
10(O)(O) AGREEMENT BETWEEN IST, THE ARGENTUM GROUP AND VARIOUS PURCHASERS DATED 1/11/91 AND 4/8/91, INC BY
REF AS EXHIBIT TO FORM 10-K FOR THE NINE MONTHS ENDED 12/31/93

When the company was bought out, Philip Services was trading at $15.00 stock trading on Toronto (current approx price is now $0.20)

2. DYNAMIC HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGIES INC
In December 1995, in connection with the private placement of Series B Preferred Stock, The Argentum
Group was paid a financial consulting fee of $175,000 and purchased warrants to purchase 210,000 shares of
Common Stock for $25,000. Mr. Daniel Raynor, a director of the Company, is the President of a general
partner of The Argentum Group.

The stock price at the time of this private placement was less than $1.0 (Dec 1995) and within a year went to a high of $8 (NASDAQ)

NOTE: These were deals that were made many years ago. It appears that these were (at the time) go deals. Take from this what you wish. This is just info I picked up.

I am still a holder and waiting to see what's up. The stock has moved nicely and might test some support levels. That is healthy. The new year is approaching and I believe that this is a stock that will really smoke in the coming months.

Hey Kevin, don't feel bad I too tried to bail today, too slow to get out in the one-forties!! I have got to get rid of this day job. I think many people were looking for a .com deal and a subsequent run by Civelli and co to absurd valuations. The company instead will build slowly and I suspect that the price will drift down with the lack of news.

This I think helps explain the positive buzz from the company over the last few weeks. They promised a .com deal last spring and could not deliver. I think that they are relieved with what they have been able to deliver. What they have orchestrated is a pretty good compromise which should leave long term holders happy.

Of interest is what was not revealed

1) Price for Enviromation? Shares, Options or cash?

2)Option details for Argentum. In the money? Restricted?
( Out of the money, restricted options give Argentum an incentive to do well by JDX)
3) Details and more news when?

Later

Keith

Ps Kudos to Keith Massey for the call on Environmation as a core company. Single best piece of deduction in all of todays posts!!!
