Syncrude....

Just to clear this up....

I remain puzzled by your admonition "most unbelievable statements I have read in a long time".

The company releases that they have alliances and proprietary deal flow from two very large and connected VC firms, that they have made a $1.5 million investment in a fund that just got a ton of new deals from Manufacturers Life Insurance Company, that they have enter into a consulting agreement with a senior partner from TMP Worldwide and also that they are buying an entire company with significant revenues and earnings and you said I am very surprised (or should I be?) that the stock was halted just for this.. I was serious that I found you statement somewhat shocking from someone who has been around awhile.....I think that this more than justifies a halt....what were you expect, a cure for cancer? <ggg>

Is it really necessary to try and squash any contrary thought on this forum? I had thought, from your previous posts, that you welcomed other opinions. In fact, the market was unimpressed, yet it is a person that dares post thoughts on explaining the ho-hum market response that gets bashed? Why? ..... However, I am surprised that you don't accept other points of view.

I have been and always will be open to all contrary opinions and have always tried to deal with them with the facts. If you took my response any other way I apologize. You are correct that the market didn't react very positive but I do believe this is largerly because people don't understand the news fully and where thrown right off by the Enviromation deal and didn't understand that this was a great move on the part of JDX's management.

Yes, I DO think that the capital base is small. My opinion. I DO think that deals are hard to come by and cost more. My opinion. I DON'T think they can "pick and chose" on a cheap basis. My opinion.

We all have our opinions. I think JDX is sitting on enough cash to do several deals that will take them to a higher price. Managament has already said they will do a PP at a higher price so capital should not be a problem. As for the deals being hard to come buy and not being able to pick and choose.....they just signed with two very well connected VC firms who will let JDX in on all their deals...if these groups can't find deals nobody can. Just my opinion.

And then some wonder why some people are afraid to post their opinions for fear of being attacked even if they are not bashing the company, its officers or other posters.

Once again I apologize if I came off as bashing. I am the first one that says all opinions and ideas should be put on the threads as long as they are backed up by facts. Not directed at you, but I hate the one liner slam posts that have nothing backing them up.

Best Regards
KEITH
