How tough is it to get deals like this with these companies? Could I just walk off the street with $15 million and get the same deal or are these deals a result of management's pull? I think that this is key here.

I think the toughness is all in the quality of the deal - assuming you don't want to nab any small techie that comes along things fairly clearly take a lot of effort, given the amount of time that's been put into what we've seen so far and what I feel is still coming down the pipe (which was of course why the enviro. deal looked so odd without the context of the new tse restrictions - yeah that's the reason I was thinking of too Keith). One thing to think about with regard to whether management pull helps in regard to this is the situation management's been able to put us all in with these alliances - the management pull has gotten these alliances, and these will bring in a wealth of opportunities. I don't see how JDX can't be viewed as being in the driver's seat here, given that they can pick and choose what they want from anything that's on the table, and still go out to eat if something nice comes up.

I honestly can't think of a better position for a company with the current market capital of jdx than to be given the choice of joining any offers that a 280m+ company can pick up. If JDX had a 280m bankroll I don't think anybody would be even mentioning the possibility of being excluded from good deals; since we have an agreement like this one, jdx may as well have that capital, since it gets its pick of whatever Argentum wants to get into - a double is still a double, a 10-banger is still a 10-banger irrespective of whether you put 1m into it or 50. Now lets look into what Argentum's looking at :)
