Tom,

Interesting chart on the DJUA, after a bounce this one is going down big time. It has me completely confused up against the BKX and your call for another year of upside, daily looks potentially exciting.
On another note, is it not incredibly interesting how it would seem that the fed called in more favors than one would think on the last spike in gold? Jordan announced the sale of half of its reserves in the last while. I'm hoping that gold fills its gaps but given the obvious workings of the fed it is only going to encourage holders to hold tighter, particularly if we maitain these levels. XAU says no.

Guree : I don't have a NASDAQ chicken so can't forecast much but, to me, the chart is beginning to look very climactic (broken through upper trendline).

Just backing a hunch, I'd say when the VIX (bottom chart) hits 18 a turn down, based on previous experience, could be very likely. It's already in high territory.

I don't know what to say about XAU falling off the tight-rope. I guess we'll have to wait and see if it hits the safety net or crashes to the ground like Humpty-Dumpty.
