Netro Corporation Announces Creation of Customer Advocacy Group

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Netro Corporation NTRO , a market leader in broadband wireless access systems, today announced the merger of its customer service and support function with its quality assurance group to create the Customer Advocacy Group. This will better position Netro to support customer networks as the broadband wireless access market moves to volume deployments. Francis Ngai, previously vice president, customer service, will lead this new group as vice president, customer advocacy. In this new position, Francis Ngai will formulate and execute all aspects of Netro Corporation's customer service, satisfaction and quality assurance initiatives.

Ngai comes to Netro Corporation from Heuristic Physics Laboratory, where as director of customer support he contributed to important strategic and tactical initiatives. Previously, Ngai was director of customer satisfaction at GaSonics International, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer and also served as country manager for IBM's service business in Hong Kong. Ngai received a B.S.E.E. from the University of South Carolina and a M.S.E.E. from Stanford University.
