amzn: 110. 120 if the inet generals remain strong (likely). Hard to get much more bullish, unless amzn surprises to the upside 4Q (doubtful).

I hesitate to pick a top, but I feel it is much higher than where we are now. This is going to be a very big xmas season (see cnnfn.com. This link takes you to an article describing holiday shopping plans. I was one of the 4% who purchased most of their holiday gifts online last year. 19% of shoppers are estimated to behave that way this year. Where will they shop? My money is betting that more than a few will go to Amazon.

They may not be making money yet, but they will in the future. The analysts are too focused on the price competition of retailing on the web. They aren't considering the issue of convenience, which, combined with brand is very powerful. Amazon offers the most convenient way for me to shop. I really wouldn't care if I had to spend a bit more per item because I save so much time there. Others eventually will see this and behave this way.
