Rich, NTN jumped over the $3 barrier line too easily.

Getting interesting...

Rich,

Fundamental reasons for the NTN price rise?

Pay for their content by subscription?

If there are business reasons for this rise, why has the company refused to discuss their "vision"?

Secrecy? Competitors?

Lunacy.

I say the silence is because the less said, the less the chance of those who know better being able to shoot down the "purported" plans.

Only time will tell. As I said on Yahoo, I bet that a new "PR" (group) was brought in to "get the stock up", as a FLNK (for example) did.

Kinsey realized, when no buyer appeared, that it was their only hope for survival with the bottom line business as horrendous as it is for NTN.

"Internet", "content", "subscription".

The "necessary" buzz words.

I predict it will never happen. Where are the indications of activity? No R&D, no business plan from inside.

Maybe PR's will be done, but the business itself will never happen.

They have 5 months before they have to tell the truth in the 10K.

What more could they ask for? A window of ummmmmm, opportunity. For the hypers.

Obviously impossible to predict the stock price in situations like this.

I watched Diana Corp. go to a $100 a few years ago when everyone who knew them, knew it was a scam.

Literally. Knew.

Collapsed virtually to zero in a very brief time frame.

But broke the shorts and made the insiders rich first.

Just one of many examples. It can happen and has.

Look at FLNK as a potential template. They just dropped 33% ($12 per share) in two days when new shareholders got a look at the 10Q after a massive and rapid price rise.

There's even an NTN/FLNK connection, if you recall.

Using the same guys??

Only time will tell.

Don't want to be short this, but w/o any type of logical business plan, money, or the people and ability to implement one, I'm more than happy to be on the sideline.

Too many things can go wrong.

The market drops and the money needed to push these things higher dries up.

Smart short money with the werewithal to enforce their will, shows up.

There are still those guys out there who know NTN.

Very interesting.

But $10 per month for NTN content??

That ain't gonna happen.

Dwight

Rich, I have no idea who NTN might partner with. I never thought of most of the names being mentioned.

There is a scramble for content for various platforms. NTN has products with proven entertainment value. I think they will have their place in the developing scenario.

Meanwhile, it looks like I may not get the opportunity to buy back the shares I sold. That suits me just fine. Instead, I may spend part of the cash on more Christmas presents. That sounds like fun. <VBG>
