It's just a typical bounce from over selling. I bought in
last week at what should be called a legal steal. If the
company were bought and sold off you would get about a 60 %
return, a classic value play. This merger will work out,
it just is taking longer to see the results. There is
very little overlap and revenue will about double, so what
happens, typical wall street, a missed quarter and the stock
gets trashed, hint.....time to buy.

USON was on the Insider Report this morning on CNBC; reported that a director made some purchases, and that it might signify a bottom after having been badly beaten down.
