Thanx-- That was the TBFC merger stuff. Did you notice
the clause that said if the merger was not complete by
12/31/99, either party could terminate the merger ??
Official approval, from Thrift Management, has not been obtained yet.

Yeah it looks like the tbfc merger might just get started. I plan to be at the telebanc meeting in Virginia on the 28th of December.

Its only a couple miles from here.
