4-Bob, I tend to agree, and based on my experience so far I may be in for a long dry spell as well. I just got my other DJ for the evening.

On a related note, does anyone know if IPO chances are higher at other brokers such as DLJ? I trade a great deal (7,000$ in commissions for Etrade this year, and that is with me running around Europe not trading at all for 3 months) and am considering shifting most of my trading activity somewhere else if the odds are better. As someone here has said, an IPO or two every year is a nice way to pad a portfolio. I have a Wit Capital account already, just curious if there are other options.

Good luck to all.

4-bob, i too remember vusa...i didnt flip it cause by the time i realized it was trading, it had dropped from 74 to 57...i then watched it drop even further and i finally sold at 32...unlike u, i cannot use the excuse " wanted to obey flipping policy" cause i love to flip...it was more stubborness and stupidity on my part...lol...i write this cause vusa seemed like such a long time ago....does anyone remember mmpt?.. that was my first one.
