I'm paying $100/mo. for 1,000 minutes/mo. including long distance charges. Could I get a better deal in Helsinki?

The euros must have really wined and dined you, Eric <g>.

<<In regard to the rest of your post I simply say that the Europeans are APALLED at what we pay in the US for mobile wireless telephony>>

E,

Based on my dozen or so trips to Europe, they pay more for everything. Could you expand on wireless charges?

I know my experience on wireline charges was my European friends were much more hesitant to use their landline phones for local calls than I was to call overseas, though that may have been an unfair comparison.

Anyway, more information on their wireless charges would be greatly appreciated.....
