It seems that this has been discussed many times and I believe George is correct. The ONLY net effect is minor dilution on the stock at the same time ancor gets another 10M cash. Ancr DOES NOT go out into the market place and buy the stock. They simple issue treasury shares or I suppose float more stock.

ANCR does NOT lose money on that deal. There is no "cost" as people seem to be confused about. This has been a favorite thing for the shorts to twist.

George, I find it simpler to just look at it as dilution, as you suggest. How the bean counters account for it is not as important to me. Thanks! wj
