bob and i have butted heads many times but give the guy a break, he has to monitor the whole site with thousands of members complaining every day

I think it would be hard for Bob to answer this but if it were my business I would give slack to those who had a big following and generally liked and I would get rid of people who were widely disliked and a pain in the butt.....I hope this helps you.
