Of course you can get out. Just deliver your certs to your broker.

I have my certificate in my possession simply because of Y2K concerns. Now, if the longs really want to prevent the MM's from "borrowing" their shares so they can play their games once we hit the NASDAQ, then please do call for your certificates.

I received mine in about two weeks as opposed to the four weeks they estimated.
