Please accept my own apology for having unnecessarily offended you, if I have, with the "brownshirt" comment because you are Jewish. Your being Jewish was not something on my mind. I don't think of you as Jewish. It's just not something I ever think about. Based on things you had said before, I thought you were Christian, and that you only had Jewish relatives. I was not at all mindful of the fact that you, as someone who is Jewish, might feel extra offense at the idea of brownshirts.

You misspeak my friend. I never said she was ungracious. I said she disagreed with you on that thread in chorus with the rest of the coven. I find no evidence that she was ever not gracious anymore than I find any evidence that a lot of the mean spirited posts you received from some coven members were prompted by ungracious behavior on your part (unless disagreeing with some pompous windbag's opinion is ungracious - I suppose a pompous windbag would look at it that way, but that does not make it so). The central hypothesis of CB's fiction from yesterday was that some of us act as a team to attack and intimidate dissent from our views. Did you not refrain from posting on feelies for a while? Why did you do that? That is my point and I made it to Rambi as well. The fact that we agree, that we post similar thoughts and that CB, X or others may be outnumbered on certain threads does not amount to attacks or intimidation. It is malarky plain and simple, the product of a mind which can not accept the fact that someone would have the nerve to disagree. JLA
