<no way this is a Top for the IIX : Bullish in all ways>

Well, my exit from the market lasted all of 48 hours; market action on Wed. forced me back in.

Interesting to see ARBA and CMRC sitting there, no real movement. I have to think that mo-mo money is now back with original internets. I am being patient with these- I sold JDSU, BVSN, QCOM early in their rises, and lost significant profits before climbing back on board, although still doing pretty well on these.

ARBA and CMRC will move for sure, question is when. When will Fortune 1000s have funds freed up post Y2K to invest in IT infrastructure? I have read 2nd quarter (i.e April 2000), but this will run into traditional tech swoon in May-September. If there is significant expenditure 1Q, this may provide excellent earnings reports in April, but I am unsure when major funds will be spent.

Bought HLTH- kicking myself for not buying in 30s, but it is still early. Lizzie, congrads on calls- you are going to make some hay on those.....
