Thanks for posting. Glad that I left. Might decide to buy back in when different management is running the company. It would appear the technology is still good though and that is the reason I might take another look once they get more focused(also at a much lower price). It is interesting that they have had a company doing investor relations from august. It would seem from that time period, communications have gotten much worse. Good luck. Neal

Re: Yuck

The more you read, the worse it gets:

No evidence of any VCC sales, and clear evidence of no new VCC customers (stuck at 16).

In spite of a press release to the contrary, the 10Q says that Maintech owns no patents on VCC technology. Confusing, at best.

The takeovers are completely disintegrating, as has already been posted.

I sent a several questions to the firm handling investor relations. Their web site confirmed that my message had been received. One week later, no reply. Great service in return for several hundred thousand shares!

I liquidated my position when three classic warning signs had been sent:
1. Reverse split
2. Delayed quarterly filing
3. Non-response from investor relations

Kudos to those who liquidated in the 8-12 range, BTW.

At the time of this message, one could still get out north of six (1.20, pre-split). :-O

I've been around this stock for a while. No more. Perhaps they will rise, Phoenix-like, from the ashes. Why bother?
