Dean Great stuff...where did you find the "vision statement" The guys behind MF Private Capital are Stephen Brackett, David Alpert, Raymond Britt, Myles Gilbert and William Sheehan. Still looking for their backgrounds but a couple look to be ex-ATTers. I found that MF Private Capital has an investment of 564,705 ORATEC INTERVENTIONS, a medical imaging and healthcare information systems company that filed their S1's on Aug 16/99. It doesn't look like they have done the IPO yet. Also found that MF Private Capital has an investment in Eloquent which is the leading provider of rich media solutions for business-to-business communications. The company filed their S1's on Oct 22/99. So far so good <ggg> Best Regards KEITH
