MyTrack has over-stepped itself, avoid opening an account with them! they are over-extended, and will not be able to catch up for weeks , if not months...and have lost all credibility from any serious trader's perspective... sorry MyTrack , you failed to make the grade....

I want to publicly withdraw my referal of Mytrac here, as a broker... Sorry, but they totally have over-extended themselves, and misjudged their growth... They are having more and more problems, continually, impossible to get thru to the trading desks during the day, completely under-staffed and i've been given every indication by the trading mgr i spoke too, that this is a situation that won't correct , anytime soon... have had cancelled of orders that stand un-executed for over an hr, till after the trading day... and forced to hold positions ovrnight , i had no intention of holding. This has happened repeatedly. Their answer: call a broker. Have not been able to get thru to a live broker for three days during trading hours.----> inexcusable, totally! Acct positions failed to get updated and they are nothing short of getting a failing grade now as a broker. Plus they have no waiver of software fees, for frequent traders , like the more elite trading companies do... In short, MyTrack fails the grade. ;-) 2MAR$
