You should check with SI management for rules on PM content.

Well I guess we took care of that.

Of course Wexler's threats are as much a joke as are his comments about companies for which he has absolutely no knowledge (which pretty much represents all of the companies on which he comments).

Your representation of VLNC as a "crap" stock is interesting. Just wondering what exactly it is that qualifies a company for that term when it has spent the last seven years developing a battery that is currently under production and being shipped to Qualcomm. Fortunately, it will be their ability to execute their business plan not the Wexler uneducated opinion we have grown to revere and parrot....

It is also amusing that you champion the much revered "Internet stocks" on which many brokerage firms limit trading and some don't allow to be margined... At the same time their accounting practices for counting revenue are being severely scrutinized. One person's treasure another's junk.

Wexler's call on VLNC has been nothing short of spectacular too....Short at 8, close 25% of the position at 5, "re-short" at 7 1/2 and here we are in 10 to 11 area....
That's almost as good as the double waffle on AAPL and MSFT "buy...no, sell, oh....buy was right".....

Maybe if he knew the companies.....Naw!
