Earlie, I don't know what Congressman Ron Paul has said about the Fed but he is a libertarian and a believer in the austrian school so he would be a likely prospect. fame.org has some interesting articles about the gold standard , the fed, fiat money. They also have some notable quotes about banking by Jefferson, Hamilton, Calhoun, Garfield -the president not the cat -g- , Senator Buffet -Warrens Father and many others but i guess we can dismiss them as uninformed crack pots.
