KM,

I think it's healthy if it continues, as its a benign way for the market to work off overbought conditions without a major selloff. But in the early stages of most selloffs, you see what you saw yesterday, i.e. a real reluctance to give up positions. So what happens next is more important.

We are hitting positive seasonality real hard. But I seem to recall some good sells in early December (which usually gave way to Santa buying).
