UTCC: Continental Capital selling shares big time, 50 large a crack timed right along with their BS press releases. And yet, there are no form 144's. What gives? Has UTCC made the proper disclosure with regard to PR firm option compensation? Has Continental made the proper filings? I think not. Time to alert the forces that govern? I think so.
