Yup. But I never trust an analyst since they are all being paid by the companies they represent and companies they want to represent.

PRICELINE.com deal coming. Nice move ahead of that. Maybe test the $53 or so high from AMZN deal. Then on to $100.

NICE EPS report this pm. Beat expectations, by a long way on the revenue side (this is most important to me, good acct can skew numbers once inhouse).
Stock at $31 after hours, albeit light volume.
Here's to buy reits tommorrow and my $55 target within next couple of weeks.
