i hope you're either kidding or writing metaphorically about a virtual lunch. i would be saddened to think a person as brilliant and useful as you would eat anything other than organic food and take an hour, along with pleasant conversation, to do it. you're very attuned to cause and effect, so you would surely relate food and ambience to health and long life.
