Obviously today's moves in the PlayCos have been a sell on news. I can understand that, since news comes so infrequently from PlayCo. . .and when it does come, is usually packed with news.

Today's news:

1. Playco announces $27 million dollar IPO for their subsidiary in Germany.

2. The 13 Euro share price is approximately equal to $13.52 per share. [Note: this is much more than was originally thought]

3. Concord and another investor sold 200,000 shares each in the offering. . . in other words. .private investors dumped into the IPO buying. . . can't hardly blame them. . .what an opportunity to make money.

4. The monies raised in this IPO will allow Toys to expand its Internet presence

My question is this. . . . November is nearly gone and still no U.S. website announcement. I added to my position in March, when it was announced that the website would be released in April. . . that was 8 months ago. . . I cannot believe that it is not completed. . . and am disappointed that today's news did not release the website.. . . .are they going to wait until after Christmas to sell toys?

Wed and Fri are short days, so they generally get little to no news. . . perhaps on Monday they will announce when the U.S. "Playco" website is going to be open to the public. . . .I have toys to buy. . .I hold stock in both PlayCo and Etoys. . . .but would much rather give my business to PlayCo. I guess we wait.
