According to the last press release, Spetsznak will pay HGRM before the holograms are released from customs. It also mentions the new bank, Promotorgbank (Russian Industrial Trade Bank), backing Spetsznak now. I sent off an email to the folks in Russia that checked up on the old institution, Neftekhimbank and sent back reliable information. Once I get an answer, I'll let everyone know. I would assume this bank being solvent would allow Mr. Igor Sarkisov to pay HGRM next week, wouldn't you? Let's hope so. Bob
